Testicular Pain, Increased Pain During Stress, Swelling. Reason?
My husband last summer had testicular pain off and on for the last year. We went to the urologist and they said it was inflammation or poor pelvic floor. We noticed the pain was more apparent when he was under stress. He had swelling with his left testicle too. This weekend I noticed that the testicle that had been swollen off and on periodically had shifted completely to the other side with manipulation. I am concerned about spermatic cord detachment.
Hi and welcome to HCM. Spermatic corld dettachment is rare and the last thing to think of. it sounds more like inguinal hernia or perioids varicocele or hydrocele. this is common condition and can be cured spontaneously or by surgical procedure so consult suregon or urologist for further treatment. If there is redness ,oain and swelling it may indicate epididimytis and then antibioitc treatment is nevessary. Wish you good health.Regards
