I am so sorry to hear about this testicular pain. Hope we get to find the problem and propose a treatment plan the would offer you some real relief.
Testicular pain can either result from the testicles or be referred from another part of the body like the back, kidneys, lower abdomen, etc. It could be caused by an infection but it is not always the case so treating blindly as an infection cannot yield relief all the times. Was your urine tested? Did you get a complete physical exam with particular attention to the spine and organs in the lower abdomen? All these will help to establish the real cause. Not until the cause is correctly identified, treatment would be very difficult with uncertainty about outcome.
I will suggest that you meet a urologist and get this problem correctly investigated and addressed. You need a more detailed interrogation especially about this pain, a full exam and if need be more tests.
I hope this helps. Fell free to ask more questions if need be. I wish you well and speedy recovery from this. Dr. Ditah, MD
