Hi,

You may be suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOD). Need to be examined clinically. Patients with PCOD may present like:

1. Menstrual: abnormal menstruation, absence of menstruation, heavy menstruation, irregular menstruation, short and light menstruation, or spotting.
2. Weight: obesity, overweight, or weight gain
3. Skin: acne or oily skin.

Also common: infertility, dark patches of skin in folds and creases, depression, inappropriate male features, loss of scalp hair, or unwanted hair growth, etc.

If you have above symptoms then you may need to regulate diet modification, exercise regularly. Need to take Metformine and contraceptives pills to regulate cycle. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
