There is bulky non anteverted uterus with herterogenous myometrial echopatter.there is a well defined heterogeneous mass with streaks of acoustic shadows measuring about 6.18cm×4.30cm located at the funds of the uterus.there endometrial plate was poorly visualized due to the presence of the myoma.Both adnexa are free of complex masses ,Both ovaries contain few developing follicle with the largest measuring about1.57cm×1.4ocm for both respectively.pouch of Douglas is free .impression.uterine fibroids

Uterine fibroids are benign tumors commonly seen in the uterus. Benign means harmless or less severe masses. You can undergo for surgery for removal of the fibroid. After surgery the mass will be sent to pathology lab. If no evidence of cancer then no need for chemo or radio therapy.
