Good day Dr, my girlfriend miss her period ,she apply drugs to terminate the pregnancy , but she did not see blood , so we decided to go and do scan , these are the results of the scan. USS shows a normal seized uterus with AP diameter of 4.2cm , The myometrial texture is normal. The endometrium is expended. Both ovaries appears normal in sizes and structure. Both adnexae and pouch if Douglas are free .No free pelvic collection . No cyesis or retained products sighted........ Doctor comment /assessment. Endometrial , proliferation ... Please enlighten me about this result , because uptill now she have not seen blood or her period.. Thanks anticipating to hear from you

dr joshi here ...your girlfriend is not pregnant ..just relax ..she may menstruate in a few days ...now just relax and wait and watch ...even if she does not menstruate in next 2 weeks ...again go for repeat scan
