If you mean your veins are raised and easily seen under your skin, there is nothing wrong with you. This is very common and often seen in men, some women, people who have low body fat indexes, and people who work out. If you aren't experiencing any pain, rash-like redness, or especially warm feeling as compared to the surrounding skin, you have nothing to worry about.
