There Is A Delay In My Periods But My Pregnancy Test Shows Negative. When Can I Check Again ?

Hi doctor I had unprotected sex on 10th 13th 16th and 18th dat after first day of my last period. Now my periods are 10 days late and i have low grade fever between (98.8 to 99.4 F) and feel very tired. Did a pregnancy test today and showed a negative. Not sure whether i am pregnant or not are there any chances of pregnancy. when should i do the next test and visit a gynac. Thanks
