There Was No Pre-cum And No Direct Ejaculation In Mouth During Oral Sex. HIV Chances?

Hi, I am worried that I may have HIV . I had oral sex with a gay man that I did not know, nor his background. He did not ejaculate in my mouth and I m fairly sure there was no pre-cum either. The next day I felt achy but I was also hungover and I was just getting over a cold . I am so terrified that I may have caught something. Please help!

Hello,

If there is no ejaculation or pre-cum in mouth, then chance of HIV transmission is quite low.

However, you can undergo PCR DNA or P24 antigen test in window period to confirm that. ELISA test is done after 3 months. It will give you mental relief.

Feeling cold or hungover is mostly associated with mental stress or fear of HIV transmission in mind. Do the above tests as early as possible.

Take balanced diet, avoid stress and need a sound sleep. Practice safe sex in future. Good luck.
