Thick Feeling In Throat, Throwing Up Feeling, Stomach Pain, Urge To Urinate, Low Fever. Reason?

My daughter is 6 and she has been complaining of a thick feeling in her throat that is making her feel like she is going to throw up. This has been going on for 5 days. She has also been complaining of a stomach pain and the feeling that she has to pee often, but doesn t always urinate. She had a low grade 100 temp for two days, but that has gone away.
