Thin Skin. What Can Protect Old People With Thin Skin?
My Nan is 90 and has very thin skin, and seems to knock her legs a lot as she is still very active...I have been trying to find some type of protective stocking..are compression stockings suitable for her to wear as they are thicker than normal stockings ? Do you know of anywhere I could get find some protection for her legs?

I would rather suggest you to use just simple stocking, not the compression one as it may reduce the blood flow to the superficial skin.
You should try to let her wear cloths which are protective and ask her to be more careful while walking .
