Three Months Baby Twitches The Body, Squeezes The Head By Her Ears. No Response To Snapping Fingers. No Eye Contact. Problem?

my 3 month old granddaughter, when awake, seems to never stop moving her body.... I was holding another new born a couple months younger and he didn't twitch like she does constantly... yesterday and 2 days before she had her hands fisted and squeezing her head by her ears like she couldn't help it... she also is constantly kinda tensing up and not keeping her body straight when she is being held against people chest to chest... she leans back always so we have to hold her with her back to our chest. I realize she is new but I have 2 children and many neices and nephews and have never seen one of them have the body twitches like my granddaughter does.... also I was snapping my fingers and she didn't look towards the sound and trying to get her to look right at you is sometimes hard unless you put your face right in front of her... but sometimes that doesn't even work... not a lazy eye but it seems so sometimes.... really at a loss... would love to send video of her if I could?
