Hi
Welcome to HCM

You are suffering from an upper respiratory infection. Please visit a doctor/ hospital , an x-ray of chest will be required here. Yes upper respiratory infections requires prompt treatment, occasionaly hospitalization also is done, depending on the severity of case.

Alternatively you may see a homeopath for this problem, esp if you have an allergic condition/ recurrent infections.

Meanwhile warm water intake, steam inhalation helps reduce swelling in the passages.

Thanks & Regards
