Throat Hurts While Swallowing, Swollen, Have Dry Cough. Symptoms Started After Having Oral Sex. Could This Be The Cause?
Hello, My throat hurts, especially when I swallow , it is swollen, and I have dry coughing. It seems to be on my right side. My husband and I have a very healthy sex life. I pleased him orally immediately after some intercourse 2-3 days ago, and the above symptoms started probably the morning after. Could you please advise on the possible causes of these symptoms? Thank you.

It could be EBV (Epstein Barr Virus) infection.
Do salt water gargling in warm water thrice daily. You can also try Betadine gargle.
