throbbing in left side of neck..no pain just strong pulsating...I had a pfo closure two years ago...after a stroke....concerned feels weird with my prior heart condition to add to this...I was diagnosed this week with stress fracture in my rt leg...extreme tenderness on my lower legs...and now left knee weakness...
as per your history you have suffered lot. you might have lossed lot weight also wht you are seeing is pulsation of your own vessels. dont worry its not problem.
This is a normal phenomenon, the pulsating blood vessel is because of the carotids below it. It is commonly seen in emaciated and debilitated people because of the loss of subcutaneous fat. Do not worry, it seems to be a normal blood vessel.
