Thyroid Is Ok. Got Breathless. Am Overweight. Suffer Allergy, Asthma. Had Heartburn. Related To Nasal Drop?

Hi, I have just had a full heart check and got the all clear. Thyroid okay too. The reason for the test is that I a exhausted after doing physical housework and get very breathless and wanted to know if I was just unfit and overweight. I have always suffered from allery and allergic asthma. I have had a lot of heartburn recently (which I had a gastroscopy) a few years ago. I still have a dry tickle where I want to cough (it's only a little cough) and tightness in the chest area. Do you think this is just asthma or related to nasal drip?
My blood pressure has gone up a bit and so has my cholesterol (5.7). I am on Zoloft, Karvezide 300mg and Phototens.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, when there is nasal drip, it is supposed to be the bronchial constriction, and there could be some infection as well so you are week, and could not do the work. The other causes could be the anemia, or hypo thyroidism.
I advise you to consult a chest physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.

Allergist and Immunologist Dr. Suman Kumar's  Response
the medicines used for asthma can cause hyperacidity
and there can also be post nasal drip
the post nasal drip can cause dry cough due to irritation of respiratory tract if fall in larynx
the fall of mucus in stomach can cause acidity which again cause pressure on chest and thus cough
need to add antacid tds
add antiallergic cough syp and tabs
can use bronchodilator syp if more chest wheezing or pressure
