It feels like I have a tickle in my chest / upper portion of my lungs. I have no wheezing or phlegm. No tightness or pain. When I take a breath, I get the urge to cough. I just came back from vacation and was on an airplane for 5 hours 2 days ago. I thought maybe I picked up something. I do have allergies which I take zyrtec daily.
