Welcome to HCM. At present you have to avoid any spicy, oily heavy food. Blood and pain is due to abrasions in the intestinal wall due to dry, hard stool. Get examined to rule out bleeding piles. Continue liq.paraffin and pilex but also take rebeprazole, pentoprazole with domperidone or cintapride for long time. To avoid this problem you have to reduce your habit of eating spicy food. Eat more high fiber diet, drink more water and other liquids like vegetable soups, fruit juices, buttermilk. Consult gastroenterologist for further guidance and proper medical management.
