Tight Upper Back, Pain In Shoulders, Arm And Chest. Suffering From Bronchitis, Laryngitis, Anxiety. Suggestions?

Since January I have been dealing with tight upperback, pain in shoulders, pain under left arm, and upper chest pain. Been to ER multiple times. Chest xrays, ekg's, blood and urine tests. But this all started with brochitis with laryngitis. This has also been triggering my anxiety disorder. Trouble breathing these last few weeks. Now I'm sick again with same thing minus laryngitis. What else can I do? I go to a chiro. I take depression meds. I take muscle relaxers and ibuorofin.
