Tightness In Chest, Lightheaded, Feeling Of Throwing Up. Diagnosed Lazy Heart, Instant Drop In BP. Heart Disease?

I have been having some tightness in my chest, light headed and feeling like throwing up, more so during activities. I was admitted to the hospital and had a chemical induced stress test, the Dr said I had. "lazy heart". A cpl years backiI had a stress echo and was told I had a regurgitating(sp?) Valve (seen cardiologist that literally looked at report for 10 seconds & sd he wasn't worried about that) however he was concerned with how my bp drops so quickly. I asked the Dr about the valve after this last test, she stated she was going to look at it again but have not heard back. What is a "lazy" heart? Is it a heart disease? Should I be concerned, my father had heart issues since his first heart attach at age of 30 and just passed of congestive heart failure this pass Feb.

There is no such word I have gone through "Lazy heart" your Docotr might have used it in slang way and she/he must be knowing the exact meaning of it, if you need proper opinion from us then I would advise you to submit the echo report, so we can come on any conclusion but one thing is sure it may not be a heart attack or heart related disease, be in touch with HCM for further help bye.
