Tightness In Chest With Dull Pain. Diagnosed Chondritis, CAPS, Inflammation In Joints And Sternum. Whom To Consult?

I am having "chest pain". I really don't think it's my heart and I have done blood work (I am a lab tech).
It's almost like a tightness. I have been diagnose with chondritis? I have an autoimmnune disease called CAPS or Familial cold autoimflammatory syndrome. I know I have inflammation in joints and my sternum.
It is not a severe pain, nearly dull at some time but because it is in my chest it is most unconfortable.
My mom had a hiatus hernia and so does my sister. Could that be what it is?
Don't know if I should see my GP or my rheumatologist. I work in a small hospital stat lab where we service the ER docs.

I think its better to see a rheumatologist as you already have one autoimmune disease and now you have been diagnosed with a chondritis. Costochondritis again is a spectrum of autoimmune disease and will be looked after by a rheumatologist in a much better way
