Tingling And Numbness In Arm, Pain In Neck When Sneezing. Lump On Forearm. What Could This Be?

Hello I have had some issue lately with my left arm. It started a few months ago..tingly and numb. Just last night when I sneezed I had a terrible pain go from my neck to my fingertips. This morning when I coughed it did the same thing only it brought me to my knees the pain was so bad. Since then a lump has appeared on my right forearm about the size of a quarter but appears to be getting bigger and painful. What could this be?

Hi, it appears to be a lymph node, which is causing pressure on the bracheal nerve. so causing pressure symptoms.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
