Tingling Sensation In Face And Lips And Swelling, No Breathing Or Swallowing Difficulties. Why Do I Have Headaches?

I have had 8 episodes of bending over and the side of my face begins to tingle, then it travels down to my lips which become "prickly" and swell very large. I have had it happen to each side of my lip and face, shortly after swelling I get a headache at my temple area around to behind my ear. No breathing or difficult swallowing. No common food or other situation to each occurence.
