Tingling Sensation In Vagina, Had Sex With Different Guys. Any Ideas?

So about 3-5 days ago I started acing this tingly feeling in my vagina. I mostly felt it when I was taking a shower or using my (sorry if graphic) dirty vibrator. I would forget to clean it sometimes or just wipe it off with a towel. But also 3-4 weeks ago I had sex with two guys. One I did it for a minute with a condom on and the other had had an std test before we had sex. So now I e been having these painful white skin tags but that's all it is. There is no difficulty going to the bathroom or any other symptoms. I feel like its herpes but I don't know how seeing as though I was protected with one guy and both the other guy and I were std free.

Hello,

Above features may be due to vaginal infection (STD or bacteria) with poor genital hygiene.

Here, you need to undergo complete STD panel and test for genital herpes after get examined by your gynecologist. Take proper treatment accordingly.

You need to avoid all type of chemical agents/ condoms/ scented bath product / vibrator for at least 4-6 weeks and wear clean & cotton underwear. Maintain genital hygiene properly with avoidance of vaginal douching or wiping much.

Practice safe sex in future. Good luck.
