i have an image of an mri that i can send to see what you think? i have tinnitus in my left ear, left ear pain - dull and sharp, head pain on left side of my face mainly just above my left ear, fullness of the ear, some hearing loss in the left ear, sometimes noises are so sharp that they hurt, sometimes inside my ear itches a lot, i am dizzy and feel nausea most of the time
