hello, im 23 and have a tiny hard bump on my left testicle at the top prob the size of a white head on a small spot.. . it doesnt ache, hurt, not swollen and testicle itself isnt hard...ive had it for atleast 6 years.. wot do u think it could be? i dont no if its the appendix of testis, a cyst, a blocked vein or even sperm blocking from years of masturbation.. I used to masturbate alot in early teens .

The bump you had on the top of testicle since last 6 years is most likely to be what is called as Spermatocele ,
However final diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical exxmination.
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment.
Spermatocele is a benign cyst and can be left alone.
