Tiny Hard Skin Colored Bumps On Forehead And Cheeks, 33 Yrs Old. Solution?

Hello, I am 33 year old female. From past several weeks i am suffering from tiny hard skin-coloured bumps on my forehead and cheeks. I have a combination skin but have never had pimples before except during teenage. I don t understand the cause as i haven t undergone any major life-style change. Kindly check the pics attached and let me know a remedy. i am on no other medication . Thanks

From the description provided, I could think of two possibilities
Comedonal acne
Warts.
Comedonal acne is mild grade acne where one gets small tiny eruptions over acne prone areas. Treatment is either topical medicines like tretinoin or adapalen alone or in combination with low dose isotretinoin.
Warts are small skin colored flat lesions due to infection of HPV virus. Treatment is cautery of the lesion.
You need to visit a dermatologist nearby to get the lesions examined.
