Tiny Red Drops On Wiping. Experiencing Light Cramping. Worried

Hi. I am 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Today when I used the restroom I wiped and there were three tiny red drops on the toilet paper. I've had no blood since and I am not experiencing any severe cramping. I am experiencing light cramping but I have been experiencing this for weeks now. I am very worried. Is this a problem?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The tiny red drops that you saw could be due to an implantation bleeding or a threatened abortion. You should have a transvaginal scan done to find out the cause and fetal cardiac activity.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
