Tiny Red Spots On The Gum. No Bleeding. What Are These?
For a couple months i have had these tiny red dots, very close together maybe 4 or 5 between my two front teeth and upper frenum. They do not stick up (they are not bumps) . They do not bleed when I brush my teeth or floss. they are just there. what could they be? (I go to the dentist every 6 months, good teeth no cavities, brush , floss everything)

you need to see a dentist if its causing any kind of pain or discomfort. also, i am not sure if these spots were always there and you happen to notice now or they have actually suddenly appeared. if they look like how mouth ulcers are then you vitamin b12 capsules and need to drink a lot of water. if it does not pain or feel like an ulcer, you can use mucopain ointment if there is pain for as a provisional relief aid. but with the information you have provided...it does not sound as anything to worry about.

Red dots on the gum lying over the front teeth and frenal area could be because of mouth breathing causing xerostomia and dryness leading to ulceration sometimes .
This could be treated by taking multivitamins , proper hygiene and the habit should be stopped and shifted to nasal breathing .

You have not mentioned since when the redness is there and whether it is increasing or not. Normally this sort of redness which is localized can be because of some sort of minor trauma like the injury with the brush while brushing or if you change the tooth brush or it can be because of some injury while eating. These sort of redness normally goes within a week. You can do warm salne rinses for 2 to 3 times a day and take care not to irritate it further . If it does not go then you have to visit a dentist.
