it may be apthous ulcer. if u keep your oral hygine good u also need clotimazole oral solution for prevent it from any kind of infection.concert ENT doctor.

Is there any redness around the white swelling. It could be mucous retention cyst commonly. It may be examined by a Dentist/Surgeon to confirm. Treatment is usually excision of the cyst if large.
