Tip Of Penis Head Red And Tender With Small Bumps. Herpes Test Negative. Took Valtrex And Monistat. Cure?

The tip of my Penis Head has been Red & Tender along with a few small bumps (just a little blistering) for over 6 weeks now. I know its not Herpes 2 ... just this past month I've been tested for Herpes 2 (negative) & took Valtrex ... I know it's not Yeast Infection ... used Monistat 7 & took Diflucan. The Monistat 7 seemed to help a little with killing off the little bumps. But still, it's Red & Tender.
So what do I have?
Sincerely Very Confused.

hi.. you have lesions over the penis.. the discription you have given suggests probably you are infected with HPV virus.. see your physician for the diagnosis and management.. all the very best.
