Tip Of Penis Is Red, Sore, Started Bleeding, Sensitive, Hurts When Peeing, Whitish Discharge, Not Sexually Active
The tip of my penis is red and sore and today when walking it started bleeding. It's really sensitive and hurts when moving a lot. Sometimes it hurts when I pee but it doesn't smell or look weird. I also noticed a little off whitish discharge from time to time. I am not sexually active. Could it be from dry skin and walking a lot has made it irritated and sore?
