Tiredness, Dry Eyes, Chest Tightness, High BP, Excessive Sweating. Reason?

Symptoms: tired, anxious(usually leading to vomitting), eyes uncomfortable(feeling of dryness), chest tightness here and there, BP been reading high lately(last bp was 140/90), and high body temperature/excessive sweating (been like that for a few years now)

I am currently 24 years old, active, usually going to the gym 3-4 times a week.

What is the problem??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that you have apprehension, than the disease. The tired ness anxious, and vomiting sensation are due to the gastric irritation.
The rise in temperature could be due to the gym, or by body reaction naturally.
For this reading of B.P . no medicine is required. ristrict the salt intake.
For gastric , and temp i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
