Tiredness, Faster Heart Beat, Lightheaded. Working In Night Shifts. Reason?
Hi my is Simone, I work nights shifts only most times I'm tired and don't have enough sleep, this I had a strange feeling that scares me so much, I have notice my heart beats was so fast, I felt like I wanted to use the toilet was I did, feeling like I wanted to vomit,and cold sweet, feeling light headed. I know what causes it? Thank you Simone
