Tiredness, High Cholesterol, Borderline Sugar Level,drooping Eyelid. Advice?
tiredness,high stress job,high cholestrol borderline sugar level .i am exercising 2 to 2and a half hours daily.i have no oil diet no sugar consumption.my height is 5.10in. my weight is 74kgs.lately i have begun to notice pot belly especially during evening. i do not consume alcohol.i smoke around 10 cigarattes a day which i am trying to quit. my age is 43yrs old.3 yrs back i was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis but none of the tests showed anything.the symptoms i had were drooping of my left eyelid and severe tiredness.my eye still droops off and on but nothing else.i am worried about my belly.could u please advise me about this.
