Tobacco Chewing Incase Of Depression And Stress. How Can I Get Rid Of The Habit?
respected doctor, I have feelings of depression and I started tobacco chewing whenever i am depressed basically i am depressed when I go to my shop as i dont love the business i am in it is a low profile business of photocopying, I am also engaged in business of building construction that is satisfying but when i pay attention to it then my shop business gets disturbed and alternatively, so I get stressed and i eat tobacco that makes me even more stressed and in this bad cycle I had also left my GYM Schedule ...previously i visited gym continously for 10 months I was very happy then and wasnt taking any tobacco product which now i have become addicted .... I want to leave this tobacco and start my gym schedules and continue building construction work with little interest in my shop activity as i dont have interest in shop activity........but where to start from and how to .....plz guide
Welcome and thanks for being on MH .Tobaco chewing is not a treament for your problem Well you have very simple solution ;again join Gym, go for yoga and do morning walk .The moment you decide honestly that you would not take tobaco ;you will leave it ,no drug is required for it ;Tobaco is harmful to body in many ways you know it If not benefitted in depressive symptoms even after following above routine please please get in touch with a psychiatrist Dr Lal Psychiatrist
