Hello, welcome to HCM Firstly, do not worry.only observe your child more attenitvely(no doubt you are on it!) 1.does his foot have any insect bite /scratch /nail ingrown? 2.does he wear socks while walking/shoes (some fabric hurting him maybe) 3.does he darg his foot/lifts/doesn’t place it down at all? 4.is there any family history of weakness /muscular disorder in the family on both sides? You might visit his pediatrician if it remains same/worsens. However if everything appears as a’ no’ then do not worry ,he may be just exploring his strengths! Also teething babies may gnash their gums or the growing teeth .He must have accidentally bit his lip hence the bleeding . Hope you find some relief from this .
