Toe Has Bumps, Feels Hard To Touch. What Could They Be?
hi, ive just looked at my foot and on my fourth outer toe (the one next to my little toe) and it has two small bumps as does my other foot on the same toe but just one, i sometimes wear shoes that are a little too small and never wear supportive shoes and wear high high heels alot! when i touch it it feels like bone a bit do you have any idea what they could be?
Hi thanks for your question. The bump you are having on your 4th toe is most probably what is called as corn. Corns are formed on pressure point due to constant friction between shoes and foot. This is due to wearing of tight shoes. Corns are accumulation of dead tissues. Wear shoes which fits best to your size and avoid wearing high heal Shoes. Corn dressing is also available in market by the name of corn cap, you can also use. With the above 2 steps hopefully corn will disappear, if it doesn’t disappear consult a general surgeon and get it removed surgically. Hope this answers your question. .
