Toe Nails Separated From The Toe. What I Should Do? Medication?

My toe nails are both separated from the toe. This happened from tight shoes and a 12 hour day 10 weeks ago. I just kept working and my feet hurt a lot but I had nail polish on and didn t realize it until last week. One is almost completely separated and the other is half off. What do I do. They don t hurt any more. They look like I should take them off on the parts of the nail that should come off.

If the one which is completely off can be removed then go ahead. In majority of cases the root of nail will be intact and new nail will grow after a couple of week.
Take care
