Thanks for posting your query here.

You've not mentioned about her age and when have the antibiotics been commenced?

It seems she is suffering from respiratory tract infection along with gastroenteritis, most likely due to viruses. However, since it has been going on for long, your doctor may have felt the need to give her antibiotics for bacteria.

Signs to look for are:

Poor urination

Frequent Vomiting

Very Lethargy/unresponsive

Skin colour changes - very pale/blue

In presence of any of these signs, she needs to be seen as quickly as possible by doctor.

Have you had any travel recently? Smelly stools usually suggest infection, could be dysentry. The stool need to be tested in laboratory to find out the diagnosis. I would suggest to revisit the doctor and request stool examination. Second reason to see doctor is she is very sleepy and hasn't moved from sofa as you wrote.

Which antibiotics have been prescribed to her?

Make sure she drinks plenty of water, passes good amount of urine, and gets her fever-control medications round the clock.

Please revert back with your answers. I hope I've been able to satisfy some of your queries.
