Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum

The pain could be due to the secondary infection in the operated area. You can consult your doctor for a complete examination and treatment of the same. Also give plenty of lukewarm water for the child to drink. This will improve the blood circulation and clears off the infection and the thick discharge. Give soft diet to eat; Avoid any sort of hard and hot food.

I wish him good health

Pediatrician Dr. Synthyia Bhagat's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query.
I advise you to get him examined by your treating doctor as he may have infection at operating site as you said he is not taking medicine properly and pain is still persisting.
In the meantime give him plenty of fluids, and soft semisolid diet in small quantity,

Your child will be fine
God bless
