Took Plan B. Had Heavy Bleeding. Have Vaginal Itching. Treatment?

I am a us citizen but out of the country at the moment so seeing a doctor is very complicated. I took the plan b pill roughly 12 days ago, about 6 days later I had extremely heavy bleeding for about 6 days. No pain, but heavy bleeding, unlike a period though. Thankfully it stopped but then I started having vaginal itching and some yeast infection like symptoms, except its not responding to treatments for y.i. that have worked in the past. I am wondering if this is a result of the hormonal changes the plan b does to the body or something else. My partner was tested a few months ago (with no sexual partners innetween) and is clean. I too am clean.

You are an U.S.citizen, but out of country, You took plan-B pill one week back. roughly 12 days back, before 6 days you had severe bleeding, for 6 days. No pain, it stopped, but you had itching, both the partners are clean.
Don't worry about the place you are, plan-B tablets containing levonorgestril, are used for emergency contrception, to be taken, either of the two before 72 hours of the unprotected sex, second with in 12 hours latter. recently there is belief that both the tablets to be taken at the same time with in 120 minutes.
It all has nothing to do with your problem, as it has ceased you need not worry about it , as these are harmones there will be a change from the normal. Regarding yiest like infection, you wait for 2 days and consult a gynicologist for diagnosis and treatment.
