Took Actonel And Felt Sick, Got Fever, Chest And Back Pain, Muscle Pain. Done Urine Test. Side Effect?

Hi my mum just took actonel ec. This is her third day.in the first day she took, she felt so sick. She got fever. she nfelt her chest and back is so pain, her muscle also felt the same. On the third day she took, dhe felt her stomach so painful and want to vomit but can't. She explained that all her bone problem in the past seems come out again. We saw the doctor who gives her this medication, and he said that it impossible happened because of this medication. So he check her urine and the result hasnt come out yet. So what is d solution?
