There may still be some localized inflammation in your bladder, kidneys and urethra that will subside in a few days. -Inadequate dosage of antibiotics
-Inadequate duration of use
-Inappropriate antibiotic used (ineffective antibiotic used)
Keeping such a scenario in mind, I would recommend a urine culture and sensitivity investigation, which would provide information on the most effective antibiotic that can be used to treat your infection in specific, this will surely cure you of your infection.

But, the fact that you have you are experiencing pain while masturbating could associate your condition with a few others, which is why I would also recommend a physical examination of your scrotum and testes, and possibly even an ultrasound of the scrotum to rule out certain conditions. Please consider revisiting your doctor for the same.

In the meantime, please abstain from masturbation and visit your doctor at the earliest.
