Hi, Misoprostol is a teratogen. The absolute risk of congenital malformations after exposure during prenatal period is about 1%. The possible anomalies are skull defects, facial malformations, cranial nerve palsies, limb deformities and so on. It depends on your precision to decide whether to continue with the pregnancy; you may take the help of a geneticist or embryologist to aid with your decision. Hope this information is useful. Good luck.
