Took Elcyderm, Doxy-1 L-DR Forte. Started Getting Red Patches With Knot. Reason For Reaction?
hi,
I went to doctor fr skin problem and he gave following 2 medicines:
1. elcyderm(l-cystine)
2. doxy-1 L-DR Forte
After having this medicine I started getting skin issritation all over the body. I have got red patches with knot in at least 5 places.
Please help me about the above medicines and let me know what is causing this reaction.

Hi, it appears that you have allergy to either one of the two, or both the drugs, so i advise you to consult your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe betamethasone, and levocitrizine , and ofloxacin to prevent the superinfection.
