Took Linvolin For High Cholesterol Levels. Blisters On The Body. Allergy?

a test i had recently revealed that i had high cholestrol (211) and a pharmacist prescribe linvolin to me. i discovered that i some blisters started appearing in my body then i stopped taking the capsule. and when reaction stopped immediately i stoppped taking the drugs. but 2 weeks after i started my period and for 12 days is my period is still on when has never happen to me before. my question is could this prolong be as a result of my reaction to linvolin tablets. i am 45 years old and not married. thank u

I really did not get the salt in this tablet LINVOLIN. If you are sure you spelled it correctly?
Anyway, It is not something well known in literature, that a cholesterol lowering drug causes abnormally prolonged bleeding during menses. In all probability it is something else. Either the drug or the underlying pathology. I would request you to see your doctor on priority' may be your gynaecologist directly.
