Torn ACL After A Fracture. Swollen Painful Knee. What To Do?

so, i fell about 6 weeks ago, hurt my right knee - acl torn, small facture at the head of the tibia at the back, sprained the medial ligament or so. Now, fracture is healed, walk slowly with no pain, no pain meds. Until last week, only the knee was swollen, now calf is swollen as well, warm to touch, painful, no redness. work as a visiting health care worker and overnight staff too. what can this mean?
