Traumatic Brain Injury. Headache, Muscle Tightness, Stiff Neck. How To Fix This?
Hi, suffered a traumatic brain injury about a year ago, My mental issues have seemed to have gotten better over this time but i have these unusual chronic headaches. My muscles/nerves in the head are very tight or irritated all the way to the front and when i sleep in the same position too long, i wake up with a stiff head and neck. What can i do to fix this?
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The headache and muscle tightness that you have are commonly seen after a head injury and can be related to a hematoma or muscle injury ion the area. You can do a hot fomentation, take rest and have mild pain killers for relief. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
