Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
For tendinitis in shoulder or elbow upto three injections at the interval of one months can be taken. More doses are not helpful and leads to tendon degeneration and increased chances of tendon tear and if given inside joint cartilage degeneration. Surgery is helpful for both shoulder and elbow tendinitis and cist varies from doctor to hospital and from one place to other place.
