Treatment For Bump In The Chin Due A Fall?
My 13 year-old son fell about 8 feet on a ladder. His shin hit against one of the steps on the ladder. He has a baseball size contusion on his shin. It is black and blue and swollen, probably an inch and a half or two away from the shin. Does he need to go to a doctor or is there some home treatments we could do?

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question . Black & blue color and swelling is because of blood deposition due to injury . If he can walk well & there is not much pain then you can wait .
